Gluten free brownies are crunchy on the outside and moist, decadent and delicious on the inside! Served with a drizzle of dark chocolate and chopped nuts!
The perfect chocolate dessert: gluten free brownies are always a win. Is there anyone who does not love those delicious, decadent yummy squares? These recipes has been kindly shared by Emanuele Patrini, an Italian pastry chef. They so incredibly easy to put together and so delicious, you won’t even believe they’re gluten free!
You will need:
- 100g of dark chocolate 50% or 70% depending on your taste, cut into chunks
- 150g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 120g of gluten free all purpose flour
- 6g of baking powder
- A teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 150g of sugar
Melt the butter and the chocolate let it cool. Meanwhile, briefly mix the eggs with the sugar and the vanilla extract. Pour in the chocolate and continue stirring, then add the sieved powders. Pour the mixture into a brownies pan lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 30/35 minutes. The brownies are ready when they are still a little wet in the center, but the surface is slightly crunchy.
Let it cool completly before cutting into squares and decorating with more melted chocolate.
