And maybe it’s ok.
Enjoying a perfume is an intimate pleasure. Bringing a delicious, freshly baked muffin up to your nose and opening your nostrils to enjoy its delicious aroma … have I ever told you that this is how I got that burn on my chin, getting it too close to a hot baking pan?
And since the smell of these gluten free bakery style muffins is incredibly sweet, I just have to share the recipe with you, so that you can bake them and enjoy the aroma of vanilla that spreads through your lungs.
You will need:
- 1 egg
- 140g gluten free all purpose flour
- 100g of sugar
- 30g of vegetable oil
- 80ml of milk
- 8g of baking powder
- A tsp of vanilla extract
- The zest of one lemon
Let’s make the batter for our gluten free bakery style muffins!
In a bowl, break the egg and beat it lightly with the oil and milk.
Separately, mix the sugar with thebaking powder, vanilla, lemon zest and flour.
Stir in the powders in the liquid mixture and mix just as needed in order to remove the lumps.
Distribute the batter into your muffin cups and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
