Very light, delicate, but really delicious! I’m sure you’ll love them!
You will need:
- 140g of gluten free all purpose flour
- 30g of cocoa powder
- 100g of sugar
- A teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Two egg whites
- 50ml of sunflower oil
- 125ml of milk
- 8g of baking powder
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, using an electric whisk. Then add the sugar and continue to whisk. Pour in milk, vanilla and oil while whisking.
Stir in the flour, cocoa and baking powder, mixing with a spatula from the bottom upwards. Distribute in baking cups and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
