These very soft sweet treats are filled up with so many delicious chocolate chips, and the soft texture meets the crunchy crust thanks to a generous spoonful of toasted hazelnuts.

A combination of flavors and textures that’s simply irresistible! And the best part is … it will only take ten minutes to bake them!

The only flaw? These gluten free chocolate chips muffins are addictive.

You will need:

Gluten free chocolate chips muffins
  • 240g of gluten free all purpose flour
  • 130g of sugar
  • 8g in baking powder
  • A tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 125 of plain yogurt
  • 125ml of milk
  • 80ml of vegetable oil
  • Loads of chocolate chips
  • A handful of toasted hazelnut, chopped

In a bowl, beat the egg with milk, oil, yogurt and vanilla extract and set aside. In a separate bowl , mix flour, sugar and baking powder. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together.

Gluten free chocolate chips muffins

Stir in the chocolate chips and transfer the mixture into a muffin pan lined with tpaper cups. Spread on the surface a few more choc chips and the chopped hazelnuts, then bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15/20 minutes.
