Gluten free rustic seeded bread is moist, soft and absolutely delicious for eeryone out there who loves brown bread… even if it’s gluten free!
Moist, soft and with an original flavor, this gluten free seeded rustic bread is very simple to bake and has become a staple in my eeryday diet. For breakfast with a a little bit of fresh cream cheese and somejam, or lightly toasted to make tasty canapés or croutons, it is versatile, soft and simply delicious!
You will need:
- 300g of Schar’s gluten free mix it! Dunkel
- 100g of Schar’s gluten free bread mix
- A tsp of salt
- A tbsp of olive oil
- 480g of water
- A tsp of honey
- 16g of fresh yeast
- 50g of mixed seeds
Dissolve the yeast in a part of the water together with the honey.
Mix the flours, then pour water and yeast a little bit at a time and knead until you get a smooth and lump-free dough. Add oil, salt and seeds and mix. Transfer in a pound cake tin, lighthly greased, and let the dough rest for a couple of hours, covered with a clean cloth.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for about 35/40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
