These gluten free instant bagels are soft, delicious and esay to bake! You won’t need any yeat nor leavening time!
Inspired by a video that appeared by chance among the recommended ones on Youtube, I decided to baked these soft greek yogurt instant bagels…gluten free! The result is really fabulous! These bagels are soft, tasty and are baked in about half an hour. They can be served and seasoned as you prefer and adapted to both sweet and savory. In short, theseGluten free instant bagels are certainly among my favorite recipes!
You will need:
- 150g of gluten free Schar’s bread mix
- 170g of greek yogurt
- Two tsp of baking powder
- A tsp of olive oil
- A tsp of salt
- 100ml of water
- Two tbsp of milk
- A tsp of honey
- A handful of sesame seeds
Mix the flour and baking powder, then pour the yogurt and, a little at a time, even the water, starting to mix with a wooden spoon. Finally, add the oil and salt.
Moisten your hands and divide the dough into six portions. Spread the mixture into a greased and floured baking donut pan.
Let’s bake our gluten free instant bagels
Dissolve the honey in warm milk and brush the mixture on the surface of the bagels. Spread the sesame seeds. If you plan to serve your Gluten free instant bagels with a savory dish, you can decorate them on the surface with a mixture of dried onion, oregano, sesame seeds and powdered garlic.
Bake the donuts in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 25/30 minutes or until golden brown.
