Gluten free orange brownies are delicious and moist little squares of gluten free orange cake served with a creamy icing and crunchy pistachios.
Tasty, delicate and very fragrant, these gluten free orange brownies combine the aroma of a soft orange cake with the crunchiness of sweet pistachios and the freshness of a delicate vanilla cream.
Ideal to serve at the end of a meal or even during a party to enrich the dessert table with something fresh and tasty.
You will need:
- A gluten free orange cake
- 150ml of whipping cream
- A tsp of vanilla extract
- Two tbsp of icing sugar
- A handful of unsalted pistachios and chocolate chips
Bake your orange cake and let it cool completely. In the meantime, whip the cold cream from the fridge together with the sugar and vanilla extract. Store it in the fridge covered with clingfiln until ready to decorate.

Cut your cake into nine cubes.
Transfer the cream into a pastry bag with the star nozzle and make nine tufts on the surface of each square. Decorate with a shower of coarsely chopped pistachios and chocolate chips. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
