In the morning, we all need a motivation, a spring that pushes us to leave the warm blankets to attend a 8:30 class or to get to work on time.

Of all the reasons, this is the sweetest: a soft and fragrant baked donut, full of vanilla and cocoa aromas. A light sprinkling of icing sugar and a dip in a steaming cup of milk and coffee that is already mumbling in the kettle …

Gluten free cocoa baked donuts are the ideal way to start the day off on the right foot!

You will need:

Gluten free cocoa baked donuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g of sugar
  • 50g of full fat plain yogurt
  • A teaspoon of vanilla exract
  • 40ml of sunflower oil
  • 60ml of milk
  • 70g of gluten free all purpose flour
  • 20g of cocoa powder
  • 4g of baking powder

Mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla until pale and fluffy. Add the oil and yogurt while whisking.

Add the sieved powders a little at atime, alternating with the milk. You should get a creamy batter.

Transfer the mixture into the donut molds (with these doses, you should get 12) and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 12/20 minutes.
