Gluten free orange bundt cake

This gluten free orange bundt cake is light and very soft and smells like citrus fruits and outdoor snacks in the first sunny afternoons of the year. Very simple to bake, with ingredients that we always have available in the pantry; soft and fragrant, absolutely perfect for breakfast or as a snack, but also to be served at the end of a meal on a special day dressed a little in a festive mood.

You will need:

Gluten free orange bundt cake
  • 4 eggs
  • 200g of sugar
  • 300g of gluten free all purpose flour
  • 16g of baking powder
  • 190g of plain full-fat yogurt
  • A teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 120ml of sunflower seed oil
  • The zest of one orange

Whisk the eggs with the sugar, vanilla and orangezest for a long time until pale and fluffy. Pour in the oil and yogurt, then add the sifted flour and baking powder.

Pour the mixture into a 22cm bundt cake mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for 30/35 minutes.
